Wow!  With all the recent rain/sleet/snow, Fort Worth yards are greening up, trees are budding out, and wildflowers are surging up along the roads...and Sellers are realizing that now is the perfect time to sell!  Interest rates are still inexplicably low...(that will change in the 3rd quarter) and new construction is going on everywhere you look.

Funny but true, this is the busiest time of the year for buying and selling,  and its all due to the weather (August and September are not so great...).  So if you have been thinking about new digs, new kitchen, or a smaller yard, call us now, the inventory is turning over pretty quick!
